  • INDUSTRIAL AUDIOMETRIC TECHNICIAN (MOBILE)

     

    Industrial Audiometric Technician (Mobile) – Surrey, BC

     

    We are seeking an energetic individual who fits well within our team, has exceptional customer service skills, and has the desire to grow within our company. We offer a fun and positive work environment, competitive wage + commission, and health/dental benefits after 3 months.

     

     

    As the first point of contact for our customers, our I.A.T. duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

     

    • Organize and schedule onsite appointments for annual hearing testing, occupational noise surveys and custom earplugs.
    • Conduct onsite hearing tests and fittings for hearing protection.
    • Handle in-office appointments for ear impressions, fittings, and modifications.
    • Answer and address incoming client inquiries.
    • Prospect new and existing accounts, generate and mail marketing packages, and perform sales and follow-up calls.
    • Handle account set-up and terms for new and existing clients.
    • Maintain and further develop CRM client database.
    • Work occasional weekend tradeshows or events - approximately 7-10 per year.

     

     

    The ideal candidate for this position will exhibit:

     

    • Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, helpful persona.
    • Thoroughly understand all products and answer client inquiries.
    • Enthusiastic sales mindset and eagerness to promote our products and services.
    • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and effective multi-tasker.
    • Experience driving a commercial vehicle with airbrakes.
    • Industrial Audiometric Technician Certification through BCIT required (program provided for right candidate)
    • CRM database experience considered a strong asset.
    • Proficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office products.

     

    40 hrs/week with possible extended hours

    Shifts vary based on pre-scheduled appointments

    Competitive wage + commission and bonus'

  • RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

     

    Receptionist/Administrative Assistant – Surrey, BC

     

    We are currently seeking an energetic individual who has exceptional customer service skills. You will handle incoming phone calls and customer inquiries, organize appointments and schedules, create invoices and receipts, as well as other required administrative work.

     

     

    Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

     

    • Work as front reception answering incoming phone calls and emails
    • Greet customers and couriers
    • Thoroughly understand all products and answer client inquiries
    • Organize and schedule appointments
    • Process customer orders and payments
    • Prepare paperwork for warranties and reorders
    • Create invoices, sales receipts, and monthly statements
    • Handle account set-up and terms for new and existing providers.
    • Provide wearing instructions for customers when needed
    • Resolve client concerns in a professional and helpful manner
    • Complete filing duties
    • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
